No UPS tracking code or updates for xbox repair?

My xbox 360 had the three flashing red lights on 12/11 and I ordered a box, shipped it on the 15th, and checked the status on xbox website everyday after that. On the 20th, it said “Repair complete” and the status was “Receiving billing information”. On the 22nd it said in transit to San Antonio (where I live). On Christmas Eve it said “Out for Delivery”. I looked on UPS.com and it said that Christmas Day and weekends were off days, but Christmas Eve was recognised, but it was still a delivery day. The box never came on Christmas Eve or even the day after.

That is all the information I can get, I was never emailed an official UPS tracking code, so I have to go on xbox.com to see that. It should have at least updated on Friday. What is happening?



Well your best bet is monday that you receive your xbox or early the next week. This is the same thing happening to me i should get my xbox some time next week. Send me your gamer tag.
