Xbox Power Cord Repair Box?

Hello, i have a question, i sent my xbox to ge the 3 rings fixed and when it came back my power cord would not fit in, the first time i called xbox they said they will send a repair box and i will send it back and get a new cord, a week later no box came, so i called again and this time they said i have to pay for the box to send it in, its under warranty was the first person right or the second person right thank you.



If your cord is under warranty then you should be able get it for free…and if they say you have to pay tell them you were told you would get it for free keep complaining and they will give in…and PS3 does not have better games or controllers the only thing Play station is good for is there RPG’s but besides that there’s little big planet and….thats about it…
