Is the new xbox 360 elite just a black 360 pro with bigger hard drive?

I mean, it has the same items as the 360 pro, only 60gb more of memory. How is that they say they are selling a Elite for 100 dollars less?

It does not have HDMI, no Component cables, what makes it an Elite? Black color?
